Continuing Education

Anyone may take any course for Continuing Education credit, but some salespersons MUST take the Post-License courses. If you are renewing ‘Active’ for the first time you must take the 8-hour Fundamentals course and one (1) Post-License elective. If you are uncertain if this applies to you, please contact the Idaho Real Estate Commission to verify.
