Become an Agent

Start your journey to the exciting world of real estate right here with the Idaho Real Estate School! Getting started is easy and we provide everything you need to get a real estate license in Idaho.

To become a licensed real estate salesperson (agent) in Idaho, you must complete the following steps: mandatory 90-hour pre-licensing courses known as “Module 1” and “Module 2”, pass a state and national real estate exam, pass a background check, and submit a Salesperson License Application to the Idaho Real Estate Commission. The Idaho Real Estate School has it all! We hold Modules 1 & 2 courses every month, offering daytime and evening class sessions to fit your schedule. Classes are offered live, in-person in our state-of-the-art classroom in Boise. You can even attend a live course via Zoom from the comfort of your home or office if you prefer a virtual classroom setting. We’ve made preparing for the licensing exams simple by including study guides, books, practice exams, quizzes, and even a video study course. We take seriously our role to assist you along your journey to get a real estate license, which is why the Idaho Real Estate School boasts the highest first-time pass rate of any real estate school in the state.
