Have your fingerprints taken through Pearson Vue. These can take approximately 2 weeks to process, however, you may get this done before you start real estate school.
Pass the Idaho Real Estate State Exam with a 70% or better.
A fully completed real estate license application to be sent to the state.
Obtain a business Errors and Omissions insurance policy and supply proof to the state. (Only while on active status)
Costs Associated with Becoming a Licensed Salesperson
$60 for fingerprints and $80 for exam both to Pearson Vue.
$160 license fee every 2 years to the Commission.
Approximately $208 per year for E&O insurance while actively licensed.

National Association of REALTORS - $155 for 2018 and $185 for 2019
