The FastBreak Sales Training program addresses the most vital skills and behaviors agents should do continually throughout their career to be successful. Classes from establishing and maintaining a database, to prospecting and marketing for new business, how to encourage referrals, telephone techniques, buyer and seller presentations, successful negotiations, what technology do you use and how and more, FastBreak Sales Training covers it. Great salespeople learn and use best practices used by its industry leaders. Learning and repeating the right behavioral activities will lead you to success in sales. Too many agents lack the training and direction on just what to do. Don’t be one of them! Invest in your new career and don’t leave it to chance. The Game Plan

FastBreak Sales Training is a multi-module course that covers the real estate industry from A-Z. From the basics to advanced concepts, you will leave each class motivated, knowledgeable, excited and equipped with the newest tools, designs, scripts, dialogs, checklists and designs available today.

The Coaches

We have assembled a coaching staff made up of the best brokers, managers, and trainers who are passionate about helping agents build their business right and enjoy the fruits of long-term success. These trainers, all from our local market and active in the business, will help coach, train and mentor you.

If your office has no training available, we can help. If your office has some training, we would like to augment that training schedule. We are sure you will leave each class a clear direction of how to do the business along with a fired-up attitude!

Classes are held weekly, giving you adequate time to absorb and implement your newly learned skills and processes. Each class will be approximately 4-8 hours in length.
